Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in new, unused, and unopened condition. You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order, and you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we recommend sending your returns using a recorded or signed-for service and retaining proof of postage. We will contact you within 1-2 business days upon receiving the package to confirm that your return has been processed.

Important Notes:

• Parcels returned to us are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will not be issued until we have received them.
• Items must be requested for return acceptance before being sent back to us.

Exchange Policy

At Rest religion, we regret to inform you that we do not accept exchanges due to a change of mind. We strongly advise our customers to review their orders meticulously before completing their purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Refund Policy

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return and inform you of the approval status for your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within ten business days. Please be aware that the timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company's processing procedures.
