Return, Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policies


Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, and unopened. You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@restreligion.com. Once your return is accepted, we recommend sending your items using a recorded or signed-for service and keeping proof of postage. We’ll reach out within 1–2 business days of receiving your package to confirm that your return has been processed.

Important Notes

  • Parcels returned to us are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will not be issued until the items are received and inspected.

  • Items must be approved for return before being sent back to us.

  • We do not accept returns of:

    • Items that were part of a subscription plan

    • Items purchased during a sale or with the use of a discount code

    • Used or opened products, as skincare falls under personal care items that can’t be returned once opened for hygiene reasons


Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed with us, it is promptly forwarded to our warehouse for processing. Due to this efficient system, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept order cancellations. We kindly ask that customers review their orders carefully before finalizing their purchase.

Refund Policy

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return and inform you of the approval status for your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within ten business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and only the cost of the returned item(s) will be reimbursed.

The timing of when the refund appears in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing procedures. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@restreligion.com for assistance.
